Communication
Communication is a necessary skill I am strong and well developed in. I excel in empathetic and diplomatic communication. I am a natural bridge builder, utilising active listening and a calm composure to foster psychological safety. From my Nursing background I understand the utter importance of this skill in talking to families and liaising with teams. I am looking forward to transferring this skill as a PM in delegating projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

My teamwork and leadership skills are profoundly shaped by my ENFJ personality, combining my natural charisma with a dedication to collective success. As a leader, I am driven by a profound idealism and a strong focus on relationships and group harmony, which inspires fierce loyalty and confidence in my teams in a safe environment. I enjoy motivating others to achieve a common goal.

From my nursing background I have the ability to make crucial, life-saving decisions that require clarity and logic. I am adept at identifying and solving problems under pressure to find suitable solutions. I will apply this skill to PM by systematically analysing project obstacles and ensuring that solutions are not only creative but also structurally sound and compliant with procedures and protocols.

My inherent kindness is the foundation of my empathy, deep understanding and prioritisation of the needs and feelings of patients, team members and animals alike. My caring approach translates into high agreeableness, which fosters trust, facilitates smooth collaboration, and helps to create a calm and safe environment, whether I am managing patient crises or mediating team conflicts.
