My journey through Vietnam stands out as one of the best travel experiences of my life, offering an incredibly rich blend of history, amazing scenery and a genuine human connection. The country offers an amazing depth of culture, the people of Vietnam, known for their warmth resilience and genuine hospitality, made this trip so memorable and special.

Thailand delivered an absolutely unforgettable travel experience as I journeyed from north to south, revealing an incredible wealth of culture and diverse landscapes along the way. The northern regions captivated me with their ancient temples and distinct traditions, offering a profound cultural immersion. Moving south, the islands were truly beautiful, each offering unique pristine beaches and vibrant marine life. I will never forget the bustling city of Bangkok, definitely a once in a lifetime experience!

Singapore was like looking into the future, its clean and safe environment as well as the outstanding modern infrastructure and public transport. I would have been happy lounging in the beautiful jewel airport for the whole trip!

I had the thrill of going on a safari a few hours outside Johannesburg, exploring the bush and  tracking the Big Five Down. On the same trip i ventured to the south, Cape Town was a city of sheer visual spectacle, with the iconic Table Mountain looming over the cityscape. There, I experienced the vibrant culture, visited historical sites like Robben Island to learn about the nation’s history, and enjoyed the stunning beaches and views from locations in Camps Bay and Signal Hill.

My unforgettable trip across the United States began in the  fog kissed streets of San Francisco, soaking in the iconic beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge before heading east to the majestic serenity of Lake Tahoe. The adventure then turned south along the California coast, enjoying the stunning beaches and glamour of Los Angeles, the charm of Santa Barbara, and the sunny, laid-back atmosphere of San Diego. I then cut across the country to the true American heartland in Chicago and followed by the  music-filled energy of Nashville. The journey climaxed with the incomparable skyline and non-stop pace of New York City, before ultimately concluding with a bang amid the glittering neon lights and spectacle of Las Vegas. 

We are truly fortunate here in Ireland to enjoy such incredible accessibility to the diverse continent of Europe. The ease of travel means we are spoilt for choice and I try to make the absolute most of every opportunity to explore. Whether it’s enjoying the festive atmosphere of a Christmas market city break, or relaxing on a gorgeous beach holiday in the Algarve, Europe offers an astonishing variety of destinations. This proximity allows us to continuously immerse ourselves in different cultures, foods and experiences.
