No two days were the same, and I am incredibly grateful for the breadth of knowledge shared. Under Louise’s mentorship, I learned how to translate a new project brief into tangible action, including the detailed creation of Gantt charts, meticulous budget planning, the vital necessity of risk management, and the complex process of engaging relevant stakeholders. Louise emphasised the core importance of the PRINCE2 framework, focusing on the critical triangle of cost, schedule, and quality. She loved using Power BI, which i am hoping to learn and develop expertise in during the Christmas break. This experience clarified the Project Manager’s responsibility in handling mid-project issues and demonstrated the practical application of theory to real-world successes and challenges. I look forward to returning to Entegro soon to contribute directly to the initial planning phase of a new project.
