I have a genuine and holistic passion for health and wellness, viewing our bodies as the most essential "home" we inhabit, which makes maintaining it our primary responsibility. This commitment manifests in various forms of physical activity, whether it be a walk, run, focusing on strength and flexibility through Pilates, or simply ensuring I am eating well. Beyond the physical, I prioritise energy balance and mental clarity, often utilising reflexology to clean out any negative energy. This mindful approach ensures I keep my body and mind healthy, resilient, and ready to meet the demands of life.
